HRP Yellow Chromogen

Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Yellow Chromogen is a research-use-only (RUO), ready-to-use reagent for use in multiplex IHC staining protocols onboard the BOND RX and BOND RX^m research stainers.

HRP Yellow Chromogen is filled for 50 tests. HRP Yellow Chromogen is compatible with existing Leica Biosystems detection components. HRP Yellow Chromogen produces a yellow reaction product when in the presence of peroxidase bound to a target site within an IHC assay. It can be used singly or in combination with other peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase substrates for multiplex staining.
