AP Detection

Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) Detection is a research-use-only (RUO), ready-to-use, stand-alone ancillary reagent for use in multiplex IHC staining protocols onboard the BOND RX and BOND RXm research stainers. AP Detection contains AP Post Primary and AP Polymer which are both supplied at an optimized ready-to-use concentration.

AP Detection components are filled for 100 slides and are compatible with existing Leica Biosystems detection components.

AP Detection is used for the visualization of tissue-bound mouse and rabbit primary antibodies by immunohistochemistry alongside a user-selected AP chromogen and counterstain.
