ChromoPlex III Triple Detection RUO

ChromoPlex III Triple Detection RUO is a three-plex chromogenic detection system designed for use with the BOND RX and RXm automated stainers. ChromoPlex III offers maximum antibody flexibility and minimal hands-on time. The biotin-free polymeric horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and polymeric alkaline phosphatase (AP) antibody conjugate system allows visualization by IHC of tissue-bound mouse IgG, mouse IgM, and rabbit primary antibodies. Included in the kit are stable brown, red, and green chromogens, delivering crisp and clear staining.

This multiplex chromogenic kit allows for simple setup and optimization, giving researchers a streamlined and reliable solution for detecting multiple markers on a single slide.

Components:
ChromoPlex III Triple Detection RUO (DS9333) consists of 16 containers organized into two reagent trays. Reagent tray one is registered on the research BOND stainer with one barcode, while the components from reagent tray two are registered individually. Additional reagent containers (e.g., chromogens and counterstain) can be added to the user’s preferred configuration.
