Elution Solution

Elution Solution is a research-use-only (RUO), ready-to-use, stand-alone ancillary reagent for use in multiplex IHC staining protocols onboard the BOND RX and BOND RXm research stainers.

Elution Solution is filled for 200 uses. Elution Solution is compatible with existing Leica Biosystems detection components.

Elution Solution performs as an antibody removal solution for sequential multiplex immunohistochemistry. The Elution Solution removes residual antibody from preceding detection layers to prevent crosstalk between sequential layers and ensure staining specificity.
