Antigen Background
CD11cは分子量145-150kDの膜貫通型糖タンパクで、別名p150, インテグリンαX鎖, CR4と呼ばれるインテグリンファミリーの分子です。CD11cは、他の白血球インテグリン（CD11a、CD11b、CD11d）と同様に、LFA-1β鎖（別名 インテグリンβ2）であるCD18とヘテロダイマーを形成しています。CD11cは、主に骨髄系細胞に発現が認められ、またNK細胞、活性化T細胞、樹状細胞の一部、リンパ球系培養細胞にも陽性が認められます。腫瘍では、骨髄単球性白血病およびヘアリー細胞白血病に陽性が認められています。
