NTRK1 (1q23) Break – XL for BOND
The NTRK1 (1q23) Break - XL for BOND FISH probe detects genomic translocations involving the NTRK1 gene. NTRK1 (1q23) Proximal - XL and NTRK1 (1q23) Distal - XL are optimized to detect genomic regions proximal and distal to break points in the NTRK1 gene region.
When combined, both probes are used to detect translocations involving the NTRK1 gene at 1q23.
