MDM2 (12q15) / SE 12 (D12Z3) – XL

The MDM2 (12q15) / SE 12 (D12Z3) for BOND FISH probe detects genomic amplifications involving the MDM2 gene. MDM2 (12q15) - XL is optimized to detect copy numbers of the MDM2 gene region at 12q15.SE 12 (D12Z3) is optimized to detect copy numbers of the centromere region of chromosome 12.

When combined, both probes are used to detect amplifications of the MDM2 gene at 12q15, with the centromere probe as control.
