Universal ISH Detection Kit

The Universal ISH Detection Kit from Leica Biosystems is intended for the detection of bound fluorescein-conjugated oligonucleotide probes.

The kit can be used in conjunction with the Novocastra range of fluorescein-conjugated probes. Sufficient reagents for the in situ hybridization staining of 100 preparations are provided.

The ISH Detection Kit comprises affinity-purified rabbit F(ab') anti-fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugated to alkaline phosphatase, 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate (BCIP) and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) and levamisole hydrochloride.
