IVD ThermoBrite Elite ancillaries for FFPE

20 x SSC (Saline-Sodium Citrate 20x, LK-061A) is a universal buffer and is used in many applications eg. in situ hybridisation, Southern blotting and DNA Microarrays. 20 x SSC is produced in a large format to be used manually or with semi-automated instruments such as the ThermoBrite Elite. Adjust to final concentration as required for own protocol.

Pretreatment Solution B (8% Sodium Thiocyanate, LK-100C) is used to break hydrogen bonds formed during processing of FFPE tissue samples. The removal of these bonds facilitates access to the target DNA when performing FISH. Pretreatment Solution B is produced in a large format to be used manually or with semi-automated instruments such as the ThermoBrite Elite. Adjust to final concentration as required for own protocol.

Wash Buffer V (10x SSC, 0,5% Igepal, LK-141B and LK-141C) is used in the post-hybridization wash step when performing FISH. Wash Buffer V is produced in a large format to be used on semi-automated instruments such as the ThermoBrite Elite. Wash Buffer V is a 10x concentrated format and needs to be diluted ten times with demi water before use. Wash Buffer V is produced in a large format to be used manually or with semi-automated instruments such as the ThermoBrite Elite. Adjust to final concentration as required for own protocol.
