DDIT3 (12q13) Break – XL for BOND

The DDIT3 (12q13) Break - XL for BOND FISH probe detects genomic translocations involving the DDIT3 gene. DDIT3 (12q13) Proximal - XL and DDIT3 (12q13) Distal - XL are optimized to detect genomic regions proximal and distal to break points in the DDIT3 gene region.

When combined, both probes are used to detect translocations involving the DDIT3 gene at 12q13.
