Cell Palette RBY Chromogen Combination Kit

DESCRIPTION: Combination pack of Cell Palette Red AP, Blue HRP and Yellow HRP chromogen substrates (15mL each)

SIZE: 15mL of each of three chromogens

APPLICATIONS: IHC

COMPONENTS: Cell Palette Red AP chromogen (50X) and substrate buffer (1X). Cell Palette Blue HRP chromogen (50X) and substrate buffer (1X). Cell Palette Yellow HRP chromogen (50X) and substrate buffer (1X).

STORAGE: Chromogen – store at 4°C Buffer – for maximum shelf-life store at 4°C. Allow buffer to warm to room temperature prior to use.

SHELF-LIFE: 12 months at 4°C

INSTRUCTIONS
For each 1.0mL chromogen working solution add 20 uL Chromogen to 980 uL Buffer. Once prepared, the Red chromogen working solution is only stable for about 20 minutes (should be made fresh). Once prepared, the Yellow and the Blue chromogen working solutions are each stable for 6 hours.  Incubate slides for five minutes or until desired intensity has been achieved. Compatible with aqueous mounting medium.
