UltraTag Multiplex-Etikettierungskits

UltraTag labeling kits allow you to transform your IHC antibodies into fluorescent or chromogenic multiplex IHC staining panels. Choose the number of kits you require (1 per antibody), and then rapidly transform your IHC antibodies into 4-color fluorescent multiplex, or 3-color chromogenic multiplex immunohistochemistry panels. UltraTag kits efficiently label 50ug @ 1.0mg/ml of high-affinity, purified antibody in ~ 2 hours.

• Inclusive kit contains UltraTag labeling reagent and fluor or enzyme-labeled anti-Tag detector antibody.
• Enables simultaneous detection of multiple primary antibodies from the same species with a single antigen retrieval step.
• For a 4-plex fluorescent panel, select UltraTag kits with CL490, 550 and 650 fluors and then choose between either the CL595 or the CL750 kit for the 4th marker as these two kits use the same Tag.
• For 3-plex chromogenic panels, select our 3 chromogenic UltraTag kits labeled with AP and HRP (can be used with our Cell Palette RBY chromogen combination kit, CPK-015).

How do I know if my antibody is a good candidate for labeling with UltraTag kits?

• The 50ug of antibody should be at 0-9 to 1.1mg/ml in buffer free of extraneous proteins such as BSA, serum, or gelatin. Antibody formulations containing tris, azide, trehalose, or other sugars, are acceptable.
• Select antibodies that work well in your desired application. We recommend selecting clones which stain strongly at <1ug/ml when tested by conventional IHC. However, each antibody is different, and performance of individual clones can not be guaranteed.
