FUS (16p11) Break – XL for BOND
The FUS (16p11) Break - XL for BOND FISH probe detects genomic translocations involving the FUS gene. FUS (16p11) Proximal - XL and FUS (16p11) Distal - XL are optimized to detect genomic regions proximal and distal to break points in the FUS gene region.
When combined, both probes are used to detect translocations involving the FUS gene at 16p11.
