FOXO1 (13q14) Break – XL for BOND

The FOXO1 (13q14) Break - XL for BOND FISH probe detects genomic translocations involving the FOXO1 gene. FOXO1 (13q14) Proximal - XL and FOXO1 (13q14) Distal - XL are optimized to detect genomic regions proximal and distal to break points in the FOXO1 gene region.

When combined, both probes are used to detect translocations involving the FOXO1 gene at 13q14.
