EWSR1 (22q12) Break – XL for BOND

The EWSR1 (22q12) Break - XL for BOND FISH probe detects genomic translocations involving the EWSR1 gene in FFPE tissues. EWSR1 (22q12) Proximal - XL and EWSR1 (22q12) Distal - XL are optimized to detect genomic regions proximal and distal to break points in the EWSR1 gene region.

When combined, both probes are used to detect translocations involving the EWSR1 gene at 22q12.
