CCND1 (11q13) Break – XL for BOND

The CCND1 (11q13) Break - XL for BOND FISH probe detects genomic translocations involving the CCND1 gene. CCND1 (11q13) Proximal - XL and CCND1 (11q13) Distal - XL are optimized to detect genomic regions proximal and distal to break points in the CCND1 gene region.

When combined, both probes are used to detect translocations involving the CCND1 gene at 11q13.
