Antigen Background

CD45（白血球共通抗原）は5種以上の高分子量糖タンパクからなるファミリーで、大部分のヒト白血球（リンパ球、単球および好酸球を含む）の細胞表面に存在しますが、赤血球と血小板には欠如しています。3個のエクソンの選択的スプライシングにより、CD45のさまざまなアイソフォームがつくられます。CD45の発現は、T細胞受容体を介したシグナル伝達に必要です。
