Antigen Background
Dystrophin Associated Glycoprotein（DAG）は、筋膜へのジストロフィンの付着に関与する7種類以上のタンパクからなる複合体です。このジストロフィン／糖タンパク複合体の生物学的重要性は十分には理解されていませんが、筋線維内部のアクチンと線維を取り囲む基底層内のラミニンとの重要な結合を形成していると考えられています。Beta-Dystroglycanは筋膜全体に存在しており、ジストロフィンに直接結合する複合体に属することが示唆されています。
