烯醇化酶是一种糖酵解酶，催化2-磷酸甘油酸和磷酸烯醇丙酮酸之间的反应途径。在哺乳动物中,烯醇酶分子二聚体组成三个不同的亚基(α,β和γ)。然而，在大鼠身上发现了五种不同的亚基。α亚基与γ亚基约47 kD和45 kD。γ-γ和α-γ烯醇酶主要分布在神经组织和神经内分泌细胞。产品特异性信息：在石蜡切片上克隆22C9获得了较好的染色效果。克隆22C9与烯醇酶同工酶的γ亚基反应。克隆5E2与γ-γ烯醇酶同工酶的47kD组分发生反应。
