BOND-PRIME Wash Solution Concentrate

BOND-PRIME Wash Solution Concentrate is a concentrated buffer solution, with dilution being undertaken automatically by the BOND-PRIME system. The diluted solution is for washing sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue during staining on the BOND-PRIME instrument.

The BOND-PRIME stainer requires the use of a specific wash buffer to remove unbound material at the end of each incubation step. This buffer is prepared by automated dilution of the BOND-PRIME Wash Solution Concentrate. The appropriate bulk container is filled and placed within the BOND-PRIME Processing Module and is automatically diluted to the correct concentration.
