The Kreatech All Human Centromere FISH probe is optimized to detect centromeric repetitive sequences located at the primary constriction or centromere of human chromosomes. Cross-hybridization to other species will not occur, provided the recommended protocol for In Situ hybridization is followed. The Kreatech All Human Centromere Probe is designed for Research Use Only and is not intended to be used for diagnostic purposes. The probe is recommended to be used in combination with one of the Kreatech Pretreatment kits providing necessary reagents to perform FISH on various sample types for optimal results.
