Peroxidase Detection Systems (Ready-to-Use)

The systems (250 tests), RE7110-K, and (500 tests), RE7120-K, are for the visualization of mouse IgG, mouse IgM and rabbit IgG primary antibodies.

Each detection system contains Novocastra Peroxidase Block, RE7101, Novocastra Protein Block, RE7102, Novocastra Biotinylated Secondary Antibody, RE7103, Novocastra Streptavidin-HRP, RE7104, Novocastra DAB Chromogen, RE7105, Novocastra DAB Substrate Buffer, RE7106, and Novocastra Hematoxylin, RE7107.

The components in these kits are pre-diluted, ready-to-use reagents in color coded bottles for ease of use and ultimate convenience. Components of these Detection Systems are also available, separately.
