RUO - BCR / ABL1
The BCR / ABL1 t(9;22) Fusion FISH probe is optimized to detect the t(9;22)(q34;q11) reciprocal translocation in a dual-color, dual-fusion assay on metaphase/interphase spreads, blood smears and bone marrow cells. This probe will also detect cryptic insertions of ABL1 (previously known as ABL) into the BCR region not detectable by karyotyping and therefore described as Ph-negative.
